Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Virginia Racing Commission will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2012, in the Horsemen’s Building at Colonial Downs, 10700 Horsemen’s Road, New Kent, Virginia. An Informal Fact Finding Conference will commence at 11:00 a.m. prior to the regular meeting on the subject of the proposed Paradocks Satellite Wagering Facility.
